  • 4 medium corn on the cob, shucked
  • ¼ cup bitter cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Zest from 1 lime
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 bag Quest Sizzling and Spicy Chips, crushed
  • ½ cup cotija cheese
  • Lime wedges


  1. Grill corn till tender.
